Go to the Register, enter your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, your date of birth, and set a password. The minimum age is 18 years old. h5atas enforces this age requirement strictly. During the KYC process, we will request identity documents to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with h5atas's Terms & Conditions.

No. h5atas allows only one account per individual, phone number, MyKad number, and device. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts may be suspended and fund balances may be forfeited. Usernames cannot be changed after registration. However, your phone number can be updated through an identity verification process that requires you to submit a copy of your MyKad to the h5atas support team at support@h5atas.bet. This process takes 1–3 business days.

h5atas accepts a wide range of Malaysian payment methods, including: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, as well as FPX bank transfer via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks. All transactions are in MYR with no foreign currency conversion fees.

The minimum withdrawal at h5atas is RM50. h5atas does not charge any withdrawal fees — you receive the full amount requested. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond h5atas's control.

Deposits can fail for several reasons: (1) Insufficient e-wallet or bank account balance, (2) Your bank or e-wallet daily transaction limit has been reached, (3) Internet connection issues during the transaction, (4) Incorrect payment details entered. If funds have been deducted from your account but not credited to h5atas, please save your transaction proof and contact our live chat — we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount you must reach before a bonus can be withdrawn. The cashback percentage depends on your VIP tier — starting from 3% for new members up to 10% for Diamond members. There is no rollover requirement for cashback.
